Employee Locker Room Remodel in warehouse

Independence, Missouri

Renovations, Etc., did a remodel of a locker room for a manufacturing company located in the underground storage complex sometimes known as “The Caves.”

A dreary room with tired fixtures was brightened up and made more pleasant for employees. We gutted the whole area and installed new fixtures and partitions. We retiled the shower, painted the walls, and installed an epoxy floor.

Sales & Showroom Building, Manufacturing Company

Grandview, Missouri

Renovations, Etc., has done extensive remodeling and construction of a couple of new buildings, as well as the main facility, for a manufacturing company in Grandview, Missouri.

To give the company a more effective area to display their products and services to customers, we remodeled an old building they recently purchased and created their new Sales & Showroom Building.

Cosmetically, we painted walls, installed new wood trim around the steel door frames and new wood baseboard in the office areas.  We installed polished concrete floors in the entire building, remodeled the employee kitchenette and three restrooms, created a large conference room with custom-stained wood ceiling and a kitchenette wall with plenty of cabinets and counter space as well as under-cabinet lighting and recessed lighting.

In the Showroom area, we installed stained-wood wall covering in certain areas, windows that look out from the offices and conference room, a new stairway to the upstairs observation deck and the upstairs back storage area, residential-style barn doors to hide the electrical panels, a loft storage area, a kitchenette area for entertaining customers, new spiral ductwork and new HVAC units to control the climate in the equipment display area.

In the front entry area, we built a stone wall with granite top for the reception desk and a custom-stained wood ceiling. We created a small waiting area that is separated by a glass wall from the receptionist desk.
