About Us
Renovations, Etc., LLC, was founded in 1998 to specialize in residential remodeling and construction. Over the years, we've expanded to include light commercial work as well.
Owner Mike Pottinger is qualified as a CR (certified remodeler) according to the high standards of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). He is an active member of the Kansas City chapter of NARI, serving on the board of directors as the national board representative.
Rick Ramey, a member of the Renovations, Etc., staff, is a NARI-certified CLC (certified lead carpenter).
NARI certification is a challenging process requiring extensive knowledge of the industry and a commitment to professional conduct.
We strive to remain current in our professional expertise and to satisfy our customers with remodeling solutions that are up to date and affordable.
